By Sining up for any Ironman Dual Sport event, Rider's Club ride, or Tour. you agree to the following unconditional release of all Liability. 

I Hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue the promoters, participants, sponsors, advertisers, underwriters, brokers, property owners, lessors and lesses of premises used to conduct the event, and all others who give recommendation, directions, or instructions regarding the event, all for the purposes herein referred to as “releasees” And releases from all liability to the undersigned for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on the account of injury to the person or property or resulting in the death of the undersigned arising out of or related to the event, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.Hereby agrees to indemnify and save and hold harmless the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damages, or cost including bodily injury or property damage they may incur arising our of my presence or participation in the event whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.Hereby assumes full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death or property damage arising out of or related to the event whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.Hereby acknowledges that the activities of the event are very dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and /or property damage. The undersigned also acknowledges that injuries received may be compounded or increased by rescue operations or procedures of the releasees.Hereby agrees that this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreements extend to all acts of negligence by the releasees, including rescue operations and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the state in which the event is conducted and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.Hereby grants permission to the rights of my image, likeness, digital photograph or recording. Without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, distributed, displayed via the internet, or used for advertising in any form. There is no limit to the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed or displayed.I have read this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights.
